Spell Jar Making Workshop for parents/carers and children
Join me for 1 hour of mindfulness, manifestation and a bit of magic in this relaxing workshops.
I’m a trained meditation teacher who is DBS checked and has an extra qualification to work with children.
In this session you will be guided through a series of short mindfulness activities that you can continue to practice at home.
You will then make your own spell jar to take home and will have access to lovely flowers, herbs and crystals and will have suggestions of what to use to create certain wishes. Oh, and of course there will be tea, squash and cake!
