Why not book in for a 1:1 (or couples) sound healing sessions using my gorgeous Himalayan singing bowl?
It's a beautiful handmade bowl that is placed on various parts of the body and played. It's mega relaxing and feels amazing, a bit like a lovely massage. It's played on both sides of the body while you're lying down and the vibrations of the bowl relaxes the body and works with the body's energy centres, leaving you feel relaxed yet refreshed.
To be honest I find it quite hard to put into words but it's such a beautiful experience.
